My kids see me as dad, so then when you're one-on-one, you're just doing dad things. And when you have them one-on-one, and then they say these things, and it just makes your week, or year, or month. There are some really great moments.

The fact they're getting older and the fact that they get to share this with me is really creating so many memories, obviously for them, but for me, too.

There's definitely times when they stop and I go, 'Whoa, yeah that's my kid.' When they pout and when they don't get what they want and when they stammer around the house — my daughter will cross her arms. It's just the best...I'm a little bit like that.

Who knows if they'll play sports. If they do, I think it's great because I can really help them out. But if they don't that's up to them.
