15 Mother's Day Brunch Recipes That Are Festive & Delicious

by Ni'Kesia Pannell

When I was younger, the prep for Mother's Day was always intense for my siblings and me. Every year, about two weeks prior to the big day for our favorite lady, all three of us would pile up in my older sister's room to discuss all the things we wanted to get her. Though we were never really able to afford the gifts that we picked out, one thing we were able to do was give her a big smile through handcrafted cards, quality time, and mostly failed attempts at what were supposed to be deliciously made Mother's Day brunch recipes.

Although my sister, my brother, and I are now old enough to get my mom all the gifts we thought she wanted all of those years ago, I've found that giving her handmade cards and a home-cooked brunch is all she really wants now. Being that I'm the only child who doesn't live in the same state as her, just being with her and giving her that quality time is really all she asks for. Well, that and me making her a few of the tasty recipes that I run across daily as a novice chef.

Whether you're trying to prove to your mom that you can make a great brunch option, or if you're just trying to make her day, these 15 Mother's Day brunch recipes are sure to do the trick.
