7 Little Things Your Partner Could Do To Make Your Orgasm Even Stronger

by Meg Kehoe

The female orgasm can be a mysterious thing. With all the myths and misconceptions about orgasms, it's no surprise that not everyone experiences them the same way, or can achieve them in the same way. Every woman's body is different, and it can take time to achieve a mind blowing orgasm with your partner. And even if you've got your orgasm figured out and you've got a partner who knows how to get you there every time, why not explore a few little things your partner could do to make your orgasm even stronger?

Orgasms are a wonderful, beautiful thing, and I can't think of a single reason you wouldn't want to make a wonderful, beautiful thing even more wonderful and beautiful. Not all orgasms are life shattering moments of toe curling and clarity that shakes you to your bones. But there's no reason that they can't be. Rather than resting on your bedroom appointed laurels, make a few changes to your sexual routine and go the extra mile for that extra boost of pleasure with your partner. Whether you're giving or receiving, take the following tips and pass them onto your partner to ensure that the next time you get busy, it blows your mind.

1

Create Sexual Tension All Day Long

Building up sexual tension all day long, rather than just initiating it when you get home from work, can make your orgasm even stronger and better than ever. In an interview with Health, sex educator Dorian Solot said, "the longer the arousal buildup, the bigger the explosion." By extending the amount of time you feel frisky, your partner can ultimately make your orgasm that much bigger.

2

Take Their Time

The key to an enormous orgasm is a good session full of foreplay. "Some people think intercourse is the main event, and they don’t want an opening act, but a great appetizer is sometimes better than a main course," sex educator Sari Locker told Shape. By extending your foreplay session, you're warming up your body, and increasing your chances of having a major orgasm.

3

Speak A Little Dirty Talk

Relationship counselor Daryl Cioffi of Polaris Counseling & Consulting, told Medical Daily that dirty talk is a whole mind and body experience. "People very much enjoy dirty talking because it activates all regions of your brain while your body is also getting stimulated," said Cioffi. "Similar areas of the brain are touched upon during dirty talk as when we curse. So, very often as your brain sees it, the dirtier the better."

4

Be Open To Experimenting

Having a partner who's open to experimenting in order to bring you pleasure is a major, major plus. In order to figure out what works best for you, you not only need to know your body, but you need a partner who's willing to experiment until your legs are shaking so hard that you can't walk.

5

Use Toys Or Props

Multiple sensations during sex are only going to intensify your orgasm. Have your partner bring a toy into bed and use it during foreplay, or during intercourse. Double the sensation, double the orgasmic power.

6

Utilize Aphrodisiacs

Olive oil, hot peppers, garlic, asparagus, it's not just what's for dinner, it's what's making your orgasm that much more mind blowing. Oh, and add dark chocolate and red wine to that group of foods. I don't know about you, but that sounds like one of the best ways to increase toe curling I've heard of yet.

7

Motivate You

Good circulation is key to a great orgasm. According to WebMD, arousal occurs through blood flow to your genitals, so it would only make sense that through better circulation and blood flow, you'd receive a better orgasm. Having a partner who motivates you to hit that yoga class in order to up your explosive orgasm is only going to serve you better in the sexual long run.
