The holidays are (somehow, inexplicably) here, which means you're probably in the process of dusting off your most beloved traditions once again. Most of the season's activities are most likely fairly family-friendly — especially if you're a mom — but there's no reason you can't mix a little naughty in with the nice stuff, right? Take Christmas movies, for example: Sure, they're mostly filled with talking snowmen and plucky reindeer, but there are also a handful of sexy Christmas movies you can save for after the kids are nestled all snug in their beds.
From romantic to raunchy, the sexiest Christmas movies won't just get you in the spirit, they'll get you in the mood...or at least take your mind off all the presents you have to wrap. (And the fact that the in-laws are showing up in two days and the house is still a mess. And that you still have no idea what to get your husband.) After all, Christmas and love (lust?) stories go hand in hand, what with all the spiked eggnog consumption, nostalgic reunions, and, of course, feelings of loneliness and despair. Why shouldn't there be movies that capture the mood? Give yourself a break and indulge in a little steamy holiday movie magic. (Some of them are even subtle enough to watch while the kids are awake!)
'Bad Santa'
Maybe Billy Bob Thornton isn't your cup of tea (never forget, he was good enough for Angie at one point). Still, if you've got a thing for bad boys, Bad Santa should do the trick — particularly the scenes with Lauren Graham, playing a very non Gilmore-esque character with a Santa fetish.
'Office Christmas Party'
True, Office Christmas Party is more about ho-ho-hijinks than anything hot and steamy, but the chemistry between Jason Bateman and Olivia Munn is enough to qualify this movie as sexy in our opinion. Plus, T.J. Miller is kind of hot in his own way, don't you think? (What, is that not a thing?)
'Die Hard'
What do you mean, Die Hard isn't a Christmas movie? Not only is this Bruce Willis action classic totally a Christmas flick, it's also super sexy, because Willis was at his peak. We can just hear the costume designer now: Yeah, put him in a tank top and call it a day. Plus he saves the day! Bonus points: The late, great Alan Rickman is a pretty sexy bad guy, too.
'Love Actually'
Awww, remember when Andrew Lincoln was a wistful romantic Brit instead of a zombie-slaying Southerner? Love Actually isn't always sexy. Sometimes it's so, so, unbearably sad — Emma Thompson crying is heartbreaking. Sometimes it's awkwardly sexy — don't forget all those porn scenes with Martin Freeman. Lots of times it's funny. But it's about as lusty as British comedies get.
'The Night Before'
Stoners can be sexy for the holidays too, as The Night Before proves. It's all about the chemistry (haha, get it?) between the actors, like Joseph Gordon Levitt and Lizzy Caplan, and, of course, Seth Rogen and James Franco. Plus, a cameo from Miley Cyrus adds all kinds of sexy points totally accidentally.
'While You Were Sleeping'
Not sexy in an obvious way (like, you can definitely watch this one with Grandma while you're trimming the tree), While You Were Sleeping still manages to be a turn-on thanks to the simmering heat between once rom-com queen Sandra Bullock and Bill Pullman.
'Sleepless in Seattle'
While it's unlikely that anybody's gonna make any porn parodies of Sleepless in Seattle anytime soon (although, who knows? One might already exist!), this utterly perfect romantic comedy provides plenty of sexy nonetheless in the form of electricity between Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks (who barely even share the screen).
