Dealing with anxiety for most of my adult life has been something far from pleasant. Though my anxiety can be triggered for many different reasons, I never thought of equating it to anything dealing with my astrological sign. However, as time has gone on and I've done more research, I've noticed that astrological signs actually have a lot to do with how you function in your life. Since anxiety is a big part of my life, discovering the best ways to calm anxiety based on your astrological sign has been a huge help to me and has been pretty accurate, too.
To be very honest, I've never been a believer in relating astrological signs to how life is. Sure, I read my horoscope every now and again, but taking full belief in how astrology works in daily life has never been my thing. Although I'm not fully into relating astrology to everything in my life, I'm starting to see just how spot-on some things are when it comes to it. For my sign, the triggers and the techniques to my anxiety are one of the things that are accurate.
Not sure if your astrological claim for anxiety and its calming technique is true? Check out these 12 resolutions below to figure it out.

Virgos get the most of their anxiety from overthinking situations, Sun-Gazing noted. Libra (Sept. 23 To Oct. 22)
As a Libra, being treated unfairly is a key trigger to your anxiety, Higher Perspectives noted. Though dealing with unfairness can be tough, catching yourself from reacting negatively and taking a few minutes to breathe before doing anything is a way to deal with your anxiety, according to Psychology Today.
Scorpio (Oct. 23 To Nov. 21)
Not getting enough love and attention is a reason a Scorpio's anxiety will skyrocket, Womanietly noted. To fix this feeling, Paired Life suggested keeping a daily journal to help you express your feelings.
Sagittarius (Nov. 22 To Dec. 21)
Not sure what ramps up the anxiety in a Sagittarius? Sun-Gazing noted that the inability to be free is what does it for them. In order to remove the feelings of being trapped, Lifehack suggested that you should realize that life responds to you, so be honest, and learn to say no, and follow your passions.
Capricorn (Dec. 22 To Jan. 19)
Stress and anxiety arrives in a Capricorn because they are way too demanding of themselves, Higher Perspectives noted. In order to eliminate this from happening, Capricorns should surround themselves with people who want to see them succeed and remember that there is no right way to do anything, according to Inc.
Aquarius (Jan. 20 To Feb. 18)
Pisces (Feb. 19 To March 20)
The feeling of having their space invaded is what can be a leading issue in the life of a Pisces, according to Sun-Gazing. Identifying and accepting your personal boundaries and needs and being polite, yet firm are both ways to protect your personal space, Psychology Today noted.
