Kenny Gets Hurt On 'The Bachelorette'

Ugh. It seems that a season of The Bachelor or Bachelorette can't go by without someone getting hurt. Thankfully, there's never been a detrimental injury on the show, but there have been some scary occurrences. This season, the unfortunate contestant is Kenny. He happens to be a professional wrestler with a stage name "The Pretty Boy Pitbull," so he may be used to small injuries — but still. Considering the animosity he had with Lee, something bad was bound to happen. How does Kenny get hurt on The Bachelorette? Promos revealed he may have an eye injury.

Unfortunately, the last few episodes of The Bachelorette have been more preoccupied with Kenny and Lee's feud than with Rachel trying to find love (aka, the point of the show). This came to a head on Monday's episode when they were on a two-on-one date, which is infamous for being a "one stays and one goes" type of deal. Rachel didn't put up any pretenses that this was an actual date, and got to talking to both of them about what's really going on. Kenny told the truth about insults he threw at Lee, and Lee was as per usual, lying about Kenny being violent.

Rachel went into lawyer mode and told Kenny what Lee was saying since they had radically different stories. The episode ended on that cliffhanger and left viewers wondering how Kenny was going to face Lee. During the teaser for Tuesday's special episode, Bachelor Nation caught a glimpse of what's to come: Kenny ends up with a bloody eye. Not much else is shown, so it's assumed that this was during an altercation with him and Lee. The franchise, though, is famous for doing some editing magic to trick the audience, at least a little bit.

So, does Kenny actually get hurt during a physical fight with Lee? Viewers won't know until Tuesday night. Judging from Kenny's behavior, though, he's been trying to keep cool and move past this whole feud altogether. Perhaps Lee stops with his facade and starts a fight — or Kenny just can't take his lies anymore. Regardless, it seems that Kenny does sustain an injury, and it'll be the focal point of the next episode. I hope that if he did get hurt, he also gets a rose from Rachel while Lee gets sent packing.
