JoJo & Wells Kiss On ‘The Bachelorette’ & It Was Adorable
It finally happened, #BachelorNation! JoJo and Wells kissed on The Bachelorette for the first time after weeks and weeks of buildup, and it was a monumental moment. If you're like me, you'll be replaying that kiss over and over while shouting "awwww" at the TV screen.
In case you're not totally up to date on your Bachelorette news, JoJo has kissed every single guy in the Bachelor house — except for Wells. During Monday's episode of the show, however, everything changed. Upon arrival in Argentina, Wells was greeted with a coveted one-on-one date card that read "Bésame Bésame muchacho," which literally translates to kiss me, man! Could she have been anymore blunt? Clearly, Wells knew what JoJo was not-so-subtly hinting at, adding a ton of pressure to this date, and it was easy to tell that he was super nervous.
The duo began their date strolling through a local street market where Wells bought his lady a bracelet that caught her eye (so cute). They then headed into a private showing of Fuerza Bruta, a unique water and aerial show, in which they actually got to participate themselves. The couple was swimming and splashing around in the water while being insanely flirty, and it was obvious that JoJo was waiting for Wells to make his move. Well, he finally did and it was probably the most adorable first kiss in the history of reality television. JoJo's reaction was the best part of it all, though. She literally yelled out "that was the moment!" to which Wells replied, "I did it!" It was totally LOL-worthy.
Totally adorable, but also perhaps a tiny bit awkward? Either way, kudos to Wells for finally working up the courage to kiss her.
He may or may not have completely won JoJo over, but he definitely won America over.
Fans were totally rooting for him.
This is pretty much every girl watching JoJo and Wells' kiss.
Sadly, this was Wells' first and last kiss with JoJo as she later sent him home at the end of their date. It was surprising, because this was supposed to be his big moment on the show, but instead, it just fell flat. I guess the spark wasn't really there. R.I.P. JoJo and Wells. Hopefully he finds love somewhere else!
