'The Real Housewives Of Dallas' Is Heading To Bravo, Y'all — REPORT

by Kenza Moller

Bravo's hit TV show has overtaken New York, Miami, and Beverley Hills... and E! News now claims that the next Real Housewives will be set in Dallas. Bravo originally announced a show called Ladies of Dallas back in March, which is rumored to evolve into The Real Housewives of Dallas. The Real Housewives of New York began as a show called Manhattan Moms, so the swap wouldn't be too surprising. (Bravo is not commenting on the rumors.)

What do we know about the show so far?

It Will Be Glamorous

Bravo paints a picture of high heels and big parties in its show description of Ladies of Dallas, promising "glamorous galas," "scintillating scandals," and "supersized spending habits." (And, no doubt, future storylines surrounding supersized debt, based on that account.)

The Ladies Will Be Competitive

In a release that unveiled 10 new series — along with four returning — Bravo said of The Ladies of Dallas:

Life in the elite tier of the Dallas social scene is hard to crack, and even harder to maintain. Whether driven by vanity, personal validation, or career advancement, these Lone Star ladies all share the same goal — to climb the social ladder and stay on top.

Ruthless.

You May Need To Set Your DVRs Very Soon

Show creator Andy Cohen recently teased the release of a new city during an interview with radio host Amy Phillips, saying a new franchise may be coming "sooner than you think."

And, Of Course, There Will Be Hair.

Lots of big, big hair. No matter what, this one thing is certain.
