These Pregnancy "Clues" From Tristan Thompson's Instagram Prove He's More Tight-Lipped Than Khloe Kardashian

The news of Khloé Kardashian's rumored pregnancy with boyfriend Tristan Thompson rocked the latter half of 2017. But with one month left in the year, it seems as if either of them addressing the rumors is wishful thinking. Although both Kardashian and Thompson have remained silent on the matter, their social media accounts do give some insight into the rumors. But, unfortunately, pregnancy "clues" from Tristan Thompson's Instagram show that there is really nothing to see from his side, leading to even more speculation about the news.

Thompson is not only Kardashian's boyfriend but also an incredibly successful basketball player for the Cleveland Cavaliers. But let's be real, his relationship with Kardashian certainly is more important for a lot of people. Thompson and Kardashian first started dating in August 2016, according to Us Weekly and have been pretty inseparable ever since. In the past year since they started dating, according to Us Weekly, Kardashian has said she would marry Thompson if he asked her to. "I know for a fact that he would be an impeccable father," Kardashian told ES Magazine in April, according to Us Weekly.

Thompson's feelings seem to be just as mutual and his Instagram shows that. But after People first reported that Kardashian was expecting their first child this past September, Thompson has been coy with his Instagrams, just like his famous girlfriend.

Seriously, in the past three months since the news was first announced, Thompson has only posted 11 photos to his account. Given how much a celebrity typically posts on their Instagram account, this isn't a lot. And taking one glimpse at Thompson's Instagram shows he is more focused on his career and his team (as he should be) than airing his personal business and relationships on social media.

But four out of these 11 posts could be "clues" that he has a child on the way, at least according to fans.

Shortly after the news was announced, Thompson shared a photo of the song he was listening to at the moment — "Lullaby" by Belly. But the song's title and the fact that it is by an artist named Belly could a subtle hint towards his girlfriend's rumored pregnancy. Some Instagram commenters certainly seemed to think so.

"Are you singing lullabys to Khloé's belly?," one commenter asked. "Hinting to a baby with @khloekardashian," another said. Sounds like a "clue."

On Halloween, Thompson and Kardashian dressed up as Game of Thrones characters Daenerys Targaryen and Khal Drogo, according to People. In Season 1 of Game of Thrones, these characters got married and even ended up expecting a child together. Their costumes and the photo Thompson posted could be an indication or clue about their future together (but let's not hope their rumored pregnancy goes as it did for the characters in Games of Thrones).

And while they dressed as these characters, according to People, Kardashian called her boyfriend "daddy." What an interesting nickname for someone who is rumored to be expecting their first child.

Last month, Thompson shared a photo of the lovable child's TV and book character, Arthur from the series, Arthur. This seemed a little out of the ordinary for a lot of people unfamiliar with Thompson. Some commenters thought that this was a nod towards the rumored pregnancy. "Go Tristan & Khloee," one person commented. "Uh oh he's losing it. The Kardashian Kurse has taken over," another commenter wrote on the photo.

Unfortunately for fans, this photo is more than likely a reference to his team. According to, Arthur has become a meme among the Cleveland Cavaliers, based on a tweet from teammate LeBron James. Since then, his teammates have continued to "troll" other teams and players with this photo and this meme.

Then, on Thanksgiving, Thompson shared a video of the most amazing food spread — and even showed Kardashian at the end (waist up, of course). "Mmmmm, all cause of Koko," Thompson said in the video. Kardashian, according to People, hosted Thanksgiving this year in Cleveland with Thompson and his family. This could be a hint that she is preparing for the next steps and preparing to settle down with Thompson. Fans seemed to agree. "You've got the best girl!" one person commented. "Awww you guys are so cute," another said.

Meanwhile, more followers were hounding him for details about her "bump," with one writing, "Wanna se [sic] Khloe’s bump!" More fans commented that this shot of Khloe provided "proof" that they don't have a baby on the way. "100% not pregnant," one fan commented of the shot of Kardashian in her loose pajamas, while another asked, "@khloekardashian sis you pregnant or not ?????" Thompson's playing fans just as much as the Kardashians it seems.

So, Thompson's Instagram might not be the most helpful tool in decoding whether or not he is expecting a child with Kardashian, but he's certainly keeping fans on their toes. Although he and Kardashian don't owe fans any explanation, it's safe to say that they will definitely address the rumors when they are ready to do so.
