What Does Brandi Redmond's Husband Bryan Think Of 'Real Housewives Of Dallas'?

by Megan Walsh

Anyone tuning in to The Real Housewives of Dallas is probably curious about just what's going on with Brandi Redmond and her husband Bryan. Their issues have been brewing all season, and in "Locken Loaded" they finally exploded – or would imploded be more accurate? Instead of an argument or fight, Brandi and Bryan had a quietly devastating dinner date that left Brandi (and fans) wondering just what was going to happen next for them. Brandi expressed her concerns to Bryan, who remained near-silent throughout the entire conversation before getting huffy and walking off. It's pretty hard to read the very reserved Bryan, but has he said anything about his less than positive portrayal on the show? What does Brandi's husband think of Real Housewives of Dallas?

Unsurprisingly, he has stayed pretty silent on this front too. Bryan doesn't appear to have any social media accounts, nor has he made a statement or done an interview. Instead, Brandi has been reassuring fans that everything is fine between the two of them. She's also given a little bit of insight into how Bryan feels and where he's coming from in a blog post she wrote for Bravo after the episode. It's not straight from the horse's mouth, but it'll have to do.

So far this season, any hints about how Bryan feels about things have come through Brandi. She explained that he was upset after her outing to the strip club; she explained what was going on when he showed up late and drunk to an important family event. Even on the show, when Brandi directly asks Bryan what she did wrong that upset him so much, she doesn't get an answer. Bryan is taking camera shy to a whole new level.

According to Brandi, she was nervous about broaching the topic of her concerns with Bryan because she knew he would be resistant to discussing it. Apparently he just wanted to have a casual dinner, not a serious conversation.

I believe his thoughts were that he was spending time with me in that moment and it was ridiculous for me to go there. However, I did go there and it resulted in him feeling unappreciated for the time he was giving me. I’ll admit this date was hard and I couldn’t line up my words correctly and Bryan is a straight shooter. Bryan is incredible and I can’t thank him enough for all that he does for my family. However, he doesn’t like drama or confrontation so this just annoyed him even more.

Brandi went on to say that she regretted talking to him because it bothered him so much, adding, "Bryan and I are no strangers to ups and downs and I assure you we love each other."

While it's not a direct statement from Bryan clarifying why he acted the way he did, if he's really as anti-confrontation as Brandi claims, it might be the closest fans will come to an explanation.
