Your Parenting Horoscope For Feb. 21-26

It's true: Your zodiac sign plays a part in how you can live your best life, from which sex position you should try to identifying your dream career goals. Romper partnered with astrologer Maressa Brown to share how every sign can put the current astrological aspects to work and enjoy even more happiness, wellness, and love every week. Here's your weekly horoscope for February 21-26.

During a week that will will start out with a rather quiet Presidents Day, the sky will often be filled with confusion and firework-generating aspects. First off, Mars, the planet of action, currently in Aries, will form a negative angle to transformative Pluto in Capricorn on Wednesday. This is sure to spark an aggressive energy all around. The aspect is also associated with major weather incidents, so you may want to check your weather app a bit more frequently than usual.

On Sunday, a new moon eclipse in Pisces is sure to be the biggest astrological aspect of the week, which you could begin to feel the effects of as early as Wednesday. New moons are perfect for initiating the beginning of a new cycle in your life or getting a fresh start in some other way, and this one's sure to be beneficial for starting creative projects, but it's also more intense than the average new moon, because it is an eclipse. Also, that same day, Mars and revolutionary Uranus pair up in Aries, so there will be no getting around the potential for surprising, sudden fires (like you get into an argument with your partner or your baby has an out-of-the-blue meltdown, ugh!).

On Saturday, the planet of communication moves from Aquarius into Pisces, where it remains until March 13. Because Pisces is ruled by Neptune, the planet that tends to cloud rational thought, planets that transit through the sign tend to adopt an emotional, dreamy quality. So, communications could take a turn for the more empathetic but also confusing. As you can tell, patience is definitely going to be a virtue this week, as will finding your inner sense of balance and peace.

Aries (March 21–April 19)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

Around Sunday, when the new moon eclipse is in your twelfth house of spirituality, you may have solo time planned (a blissful massage or one night alone with wine and Big Little Lies while your folks watch the baby), but find yourself having to manage a frustrating situation that comes out of nowhere. It may not feel like it in the moment, but how you navigate this particular situation sets the tone for how you cope with wrenches being thrown into your self-care efforts down the road.

Taurus (April 20-May 20)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

You may find yourself craving time with your friends or even wanting to plan a group date while communicator Mercury is in your eleventh house of networking and friendships from Saturday to March 13. If you're struggling to get everyone on the same page (all of the parents in the group have to figure out child care and factor in their toddlers' schedules, of course), just do your best to go with the flow. Ultimately, the game plan may not look exactly how you envisioned it, but where there's a will to get together, there's a way.

Gemini (May 21-June 20)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

Whether you've been mulling applying for a new job or investing a bit more in your side hustle, you'll do well to make a bold move around Sunday when the new moon eclipse is in your tenth house of career. If you're feeling stressed or stretched too thin at some point, don't hesitate to ask your partner, parents, or sitter to pitch in with the kids this weekend so you can focus on your strategy. Knock it out of the park now, and you're sure to earn recognition in the short- and long-term.

Cancer (June 21-July 22)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

If you've been trying to get more involved with political activism or making an effort to advance your professional skill set, you may find yourself struggling to connect with your partner or loved ones around Wednesday when go-getter Mars forms a negative angle to Pluto in your seventh house of partnership. A passionate, fiery exchange may have you just wanting to withdraw emotionally (crawl into your shell, as you tend to do), but working your way through a tough conversation, eventually, could have a positive reverberating effect.

Leo (July 23-August 22)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

How you relate to your partner or a potential partner physically is about to get dream-like while communicator Mercury is in your eighth house of sexual intimacy from Saturday to March 13. Maybe you won't be as direct as usual about what you want verbally, but you'll be more in tune with your intuition and emotions when you're getting it on. Sharing simple but meaningful moments (like taking the baby for a walk at the nearby park together) serve as sweet foreplay and bolster this warm, blissed-out energy.

Virgo (August 23-September 22)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

If you and your bae have been working toward a mutual goal (like padding your savings account, planning a move or trying for baby number two), you'll want to make a huge leap around Sunday, when the new moon eclipse is in your seventh house of partnership. Creativity and emotional intelligence is particularly emphasized now, so leading with your heart and taking the more unconventional, artistic approach serves you best.

Libra (September 23-October 22)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

You've been burning the candle at both ends with work and the baby and could really use some downtime. But it makes sense if you're worried a break may be hard, if not impossible to come by. Thankfully, around Sunday when the new moon eclipse is in your sixth house of wellness and routine, you'll get a burst of inspiration around how you can tweak your schedule to squeeze in more regular self-care. Sharing your thoughts with your partner or other supportive loved ones makes it clear your proposed plan is quite realistic.

Scorpio (October 23-November 21)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

You'll want to drop any pre-scheduled plans and share a spontaneously serene time with your partner and/or kids around Sunday, when the new moon eclipse is in your fifth house of romance. You may feel a bit guilty about bailing on another commitment, but trust your emotions to guide you down the best path right now. The moments you share with loved ones this weekend can have a long-lasting, positive effect on your heart and mind.

Sagittarius (November 22-December 21)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

You may find yourself having more animated conversations with your partner, your parents, or other relatives from Saturday to March 13 while communicator Mercury is in your fourth house of family life. You're connecting on a different, more emotional level now, and you can take advantage by tackling joint challenges (like researching preschools or creating a family budget). This should make for even more harmony and productivity in your home.

Capricorn (December 22-January 19)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

An argument with a loved one over a parenting practice (like bed-sharing or weaning your baby) or another personal philosophy may be inevitable on Wednesday when go-getter Mars forms a negative angle to transformative Pluto in your sign. You could be taken aback by how the conflict springs up, and your instinct may be to fight more. But try to take a step back to consider the big picture before making any relationship-altering moves. You'll know just how to proceed.

Aquarius (January 20-February 18)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

If you've been toying with the idea of starting your own business (so you can have more control over your schedule and trade that commuting time for more time with your growing baby) or want to make a play for a raise at your current gig (because you deserve it; duh), consider taking even a small step in that direction around Sunday when the new moon eclipse is in your second house of income. The magical combination of believing in yourself and wearing your heart on your sleeve while chasing down your professional dream should really pay off RN.

Pisces (February 19-March 20)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

You'll get to experience what feels like your own personal New Year's around Sunday when the new moon eclipse is in your sign. But instead of setting a pressure-inducing "resolution," you could pinpoint a personal goal you're naturally driven to achieve (like upgrading your wardrobe or starting a new post-baby fitness plan). Map out how you want to make your vision a reality, and go at your own pace. As long as you keep that momentum up, you'll be on fire.
