Your Weekly Parenting Horoscope For November 14-20

It's true: Your zodiac sign plays a part in how you can live your best life — from which sex position you should try to targeting your dream-career direction. Romper partnered with astrologer Maressa Brown to share how every sign can put the current astrological aspects to work and enjoy even more happiness, wellness, and love every week. Here's your weekly parenting horoscope for November 14-20.

The drama of last week's presidential election is only going to carry into this week, thanks to Monday's full supermoon — meaning it'll be super-close to the earth, the closest it's been in almost 69 years! — in the sensual, stubborn sign of Taurus. Because the full moon opposes the sun in transformative Scorpio, its energy may inspire intense, magical changes.

Then, on Saturday, Neptune, the planet of dreams, spirituality, and mysticism, moves forward after having been in retrograde since June 13. For the past five months, its move backward has actually spurred us to do more self-reflection and perhaps come to conclusions about what we really want out of life. After Saturday, though, it may be tougher to get as accurate a read by following your intuition, so take advantage of these last few days of the transit.

If you've been considering taking on a side hustle, now's the time to figure out what would best fit into your life and hectic schedule and offer you even more fulfillment, thanks to the full moon in your second house of income on Monday. Having an open, honest conversation with your partner or loved ones about your vision helps you get even more clear on how to best proceed.

Taurus (April 20 - May 20)

There's nothing to hold you back from expressing exactly what's in your heart around Monday, when the full moon is in your sign. Maybe you want to make a game plan about how you aim to get politically active in the months ahead, and you want to figure out with your partner how you can both share the experience with the kids. Maybe you want to talk to family, and make definitive plans for the holidays. Either way, your confidence makes it even easier to call the shots now.

Gemini (May 21 - June 20)

Around Tuesday, when the moon in your sign forms a negative angle to spiritual Neptune in your tenth house of career, you may be frustrated if you feel like you're speaking a different language than higher-ups. In fact, you may just want to remove yourself from the situation completely until there's an energy shift. Do it! Meditate, take the baby for a scenic hike in the park, or read books with your toddler. Self-care makes it easy to re-energize and refocus when you're back to work.

Cancer (June 21 - July 22)

Around Thursday, when the moon in your sign forms a negative angle to expansive Jupiter in your fourth house of home life, you run the risk of going way too far to make dinner or birthday or playdate plans oh-so-perfect. Pushing to create the ultimate experience for everyone and forgetting about your own self-care can take a toll. Of course your efforts are appreciated, but no one expects you to burn yourself out. Take whatever you need to do at your own pace.

Leo (July 23 - August 22)

Around Monday, when the full moon is in your tenth house of career opposing the sun in your fourth house of family life, you may be grappling with a major shift (a promotion, more responsibilities) that would bring you closer to a professional goal. You're psyched but want to make sure your partner and loved ones are cool with it too — and there may be aspects you want to tweak too (like negotiating more work-from-home time that better suits your child care arrangement). Give yourself time to focus your pitch, then go for it!

Virgo (August 23 - September 22)

Expressing what you need from your partner (a schedule shift for daycare pickup, helping you winter-proof your place, whatever!) could feel challenging around Friday when your key planet, communicator Mercury in your fourth house of family life, forms a negative angle to spiritual Neptune in your seventh house of partnership. Misunderstandings are not out of the question, and you'll feel out of sync, but it's not as bad as it seems. Do that deep breathing exercise, and when the time is right, try again. You'll soon see eye to eye.

Libra (September 23-October 22)

Because Monday's full moon is in your eighth house of joint resources opposing the sun in your second house of income, you and your partner or a family member may have a disagreement about the best way to manage shared cash and what you should be doing in regard to your work (like going for a promotion). Sitting down and looking at the facts is certainly a wise first move, but ultimately, going with your gut gets you on track.

Scorpio (October 23-November 21)

Your priorities will be all about spending time with your partner (or, if you're single, that lucky guy or girl you've been thinking about going out with) around Monday when the full moon in your seventh house of partnership opposes the sun in your sign. Even if it feels kinda last minute, you should totally call the sitter and have an impromptu date night. You'll find the annoying footwork you need to do to make it happen is well worth the sparks that'll fly once you'res able to spend time one-on-one.

Sagittarius (November 22-December 21)

Around Friday, communicator Mercury in your sign forms a negative angle to spiritual Neptune in your fourth house of family life, and you may find yourself feeling overwhelmed by issues that it's too tough to discuss in a rational way. In turn, you may feel frustrated and snappish with your kids and/or your partner. Give yourself a break. A bit of journaling or yoga helps you center yourself and feel better faster than you'd think.

Capricorn (December 22-January 19)

Around Monday, with the full moon in your fifth house of romance, you may surprise yourself by wanting to shelf an ongoing project in order to participate in a sexting marathon with that hot guy from Bumble or to ask your father-in-law if he'll watch the baby, so you and your bae can play hooky and stay in bed all day getting ~reacquainted~. Yes, of course your inbox will keep filling up, but use an auto-reply or the "do not disturb" feature for as long as you can! You deserve a time-out!

Aquarius (January 20-February 18)

Around Monday, the full moon is in your fourth house of family life opposing the sun in your tenth house of career, and you may be frustrated if you're working on a deadline and feeling pressure from higher-ups. You may wish your partner would pitch in more with the kids or do something as minor as a couple loads of piled-up laundry so you could just focus. Speak up for whatever you need, and if it's still not working out, try to go with the flow. Remember, you're doing your best.

Pisces (February 19-March 20)

Around Thursday, when the moon in your fifth house of romance forms a positive angle to spiritual Neptune in your sign, you'll have the chance to tune out the daily grind and get a little carried away with flirting or a sexy night in. See if you can arrange a last-minute playdate or even meet up with your bae in the middle of the day for a quickie. The energy feels otherworldly!
