21 Celebrity Dads That Give Us Serious #DadGoals

Celebrities give the world a lot of goals, don't they? Whether you find yourself inspired by their charity work or envy their hair, it's easy to get swept up in the celebrity love. But celebrity parents take it to a whole different level. I've never been one to lust after a celebrity's body, hair, or clothes. But when I see my favorite celebs become parents, I want to take on all of the #ParentingGoals. Especially when it comes to the fathers. Because celebrity dads give out some serious #DadGoals and make all the moms fan themselves a little harder.

OK, it's pretty obvious that celebrity dads are attractive. But as many woman will tell you, watching a man become a father makes him infinitely sexier. Seeing them bend down to tie little pink shoes, watching them dress up as Spider-Man just to make their kids smile, and knowing that they are loving every moment of fatherhood makes me weak in the knees. For too long, fathers were considered the "secondary" parent. In today's society, however, the world is putting a lot more value on fathers, their roles in parenthood, and the joy that comes from being a dad. It's normal for a mom to miss work for three days so she can take care of a sick kid, but when a dad does it, many wonder why.

But these 21 celebrity dads are fathers that take their role very seriously and give us major #DadGoals. Forget the Dad Bod. This is what you want to see your own babydaddy take after.

1

John Legend

Stop it, John Legend. You stop it right now. You look sexy in everything, but the way you're carrying that baby makes me want another one of my own just so I can make my boyfriend wear this exact ensemble.

2

Michael Buble

Michael Buble proves that it's not just moms that deal with the sleep struggle or the fight for personal space. But let's be honest, he doesn't seem to mind too much.

3

Stephen Curry

Steph Curry may be a two-time NBA MVP, but his little girl Riley stole the show during his 2015 press conferences and interviews. Any dad that will let his little one take center stage at his own job is more than OK by me.

4

Chris Pratt

Have you ever heard the saying that the best thing a man can do for his children is to love their mother? Chris Pratt embodies that phrase with his sweet declaration to his wife, Anna Faris. All moms want is to be appreciated and to know that they're doing a great job, and when they hear it from their partner? That makes it even sweeter.

5

Jamie Foxx

Daddies and daughters are already adorable, but when the daddy is Jamie Foxx, you know you can't resist. Foxx shares a lot of his adventures with his little girl on social media, but this picture of her on the night Hillary Clinton made history proves that he cares not only about having fun with her, but about raising her to know she can do anything she wants.

6

Eric Decker

New York Jets wide receiver Eric Decker wins all the daddy awards for sitting in the back seat with his little girl on a road trip. Let's be honest, that's like the worst part of a road trip with kids, am I right? Cheers to Decker for being the dad that fetches all the juice boxes and restarts the iPhone videos a billion times.

7

Channing Tatum

Channing Tatum is a good looking guy. But he's ten times sexier when he's dressed as Winnie-the-Pooh and taking his little girl dressed as Piglet out for Halloween. Magic Mike ain't got nothin' on this ensemble.

8

Jay Z

This may seem like a normal, happy picture of a father and his little girl, but it speaks volume about Jay Z as a dad. Jay-Z entertained his daughter during SuperBowl 50 while her mama killed it on stage. There are few things better than a little girl watching her mom be a total rockstar at something she loves, but seeing her dad support her mom may beat it.

9

Dax Shepard

Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell are some of the world's favorite celebrity parents, and I especially love how real they keep it. This tweet from Shepard is everything, not only because every parent can totally relate to the moment, but that Shepard is a dad and knows what it means for kids to sleep later. All moms want is a partner who doesn't sleep in while they take care of the kids, am I right?

10

Justin Timberlake

Any dad that will pick out his little one's clothes and make sure it's adorable is A-OK in my book. Get it, JT.

11

Neil Patrick Harris & David Burtka

Nobody slays Halloween better than Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka. No one. Dad goals for life.

12

Nick Lachey

Nick Lachey wearing matching Christmas pajamas with his family and opening toys on Christmas morning. I'm dead.

13

Ryan Reynolds

You need a dad that's going to keep it cool and not remind you about how you should be cherishing every moment. That dad is Ryan Reynolds, and I would imagine he does a lot of joking to take off the edge during a hellacious road trip.

14

Chris Hemsworth

Chris Hemsworth made his daughter's birthday cake, y'all. I can't. I just can't.

15

Jason Sudeikis

Jason Sudeikis not only is hilarious, but is apparently an excellent snapper judging by this photo of him teaching his little boy how to snap. So cute. Any dad that takes a few moments out of his day to share the little moments with his kid is serious #dadgoals.

16

Ashton Kutcher

It's not often that dads know the arts and crafts struggle. But Ashton Kutcher does and, d*mn it, he has a solution for it, too. Ugh. Love.

17

Josh Duhamel

Family Christmas cards? Always adorable. A proud dad sharing his on social media? Mega adorable. Josh Duhamel is totally proud of his sweet, gorgeous family and it makes me so happy.

18

Hayden Christensen

He may have played darkest father that ever lived, but Hayden Christensen can put away his Darth Vader helmet to blow bubbles for his little girl.

19

Ryan Gosling

Ryan Gosling told Good Morning America that having two daughters plus their mom Eva Mendes in the house was, "like walking through a field of flowers everyday." Heart melting, right? Not all dads want little boys or think of being outnumbered by women as a burden, and it is the best.

20

Idris Elba

I didn't think Idris Elba could be any more lovable until I saw this picture of him with his kiddos. Serious dad goals watching him enjoy his children and spend some quality time with them, right?

21

David Beckham

And for the greatest dad goal of all time, here is David Beckham hand-stitching a little dress for his daughter Harper's doll. You're welcome.
