The One Clue You Totally Missed About Khloe Kardashian's Reported Pregnancy

It's literally getting so much harder to keep up with the Kardashians; not only is Kim Kardashian West reportedly expecting a baby via surrogate, youngest sister Kylie Jenner is also reportedly pregnant with her first child. And now, in what the internet seems to collectively consider amazing news, Khloe Kardashian is reportedly expecting with her boyfriend, NBA player Tristan Thompson. While her pregnancy news came as a surprise to most, there was one clue everyone missed about Khloe Kardashian's reported pregnancy that might surprise you. Romper has reached out to Kardashian's representatives for comment, but has not heard back at this time.

And it all happened on Snapchat months ago...

Back in June, the Revenge Body host posted a snap of three pictures of herself with Thompson, who she'd been dating since last September after meeting him on a blind date. One of the pictures, where Kardashian looked to be feeding Thompson, had "Dad and Mom" written across the bottom. A few savvy Kardashian watchers picked up on the clue immediately, but one admitted she was thrown off course when the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star tweeted about needing a hangover cure. Her quick thinking (after all, pregnant women don't generally need hangover cures), threw fans off the scent, ostensibly until she and Thompson were ready to go public for real.

While most of us missed this major clue back in June, the cat appears to be well and truly out of the bag now. A source close to the couple reportedly confirmed to People:

Yes, Khloe and Tristan are expecting and they are absolutely thrilled. This isn’t something they were in a rush to announce to the whole world, and it’s only been in just the past week or so that they’ve felt comfortable telling most of their inner circle. Things were complicated a bit by Kylie’s announcement as they don’t want to be seen as intruding on that moment for her but it is now reaching a point where Khloe doesn’t want to be openly lying to people, and just staying quiet isn’t going to work anymore.

Khloe's younger sister, Life of Kylie star Kylie Jenner, is reportedly five months pregnant and expecting a daughter with her boyfriend, rapper Travis Scott, according to TMZ. She is due to give birth in the winter, around the same time that sister Kim and her husband Kanye West are reportedly expecting their third child via a surrogate, according to People.

A source told People that Khloe and Thompson — who is already a father to 9-month-old son Prince — who was born in December to former girlfriend Jordan Craig, are due in January. An insider told the magazine that the sisters are excited to become mothers together:

They are looking at it like a unifying experience for them as sisters. Getting pregnant at the same time was totally unplanned but they are really happy about it.

There were hints that Khloe and Thompson were considering babies; during the final episode of the last season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians in June, Khloe opened up about wanting to have children with Thompson, according to In Style:

He wants to have, like, five or six kids with me, and that's lovely. We could start at one and then grow from there. But now, knowing I'm not on birth control, it's really scary. It's like a really big step.

And an especially momentous one for Khloe; she considered becoming a surrogate for sister Kim's third pregnancy but was told by a fertility doctor that she had fewer follicles to hold eggs than he had anticipated for a woman her age (she was 32 at the time).

After that scare in June, what a lovely time for "Aunt Koko," the fun-loving aunt to little North and Saint West, Rob Kardashian's young daughter Dream, and sister Kourtney's three kids with ex-partner Scott Disick: Mason, Penelope, and Reign.

If these rumors happen to be true after all, then her loyal fans totally missed Khloe's cryptic clue months ago. But, now that word's out, fans are dying to hear from her, hopefully with more concrete deets.
