Your Weekly Parenting Horoscope For March 13-19

It's true: Your zodiac sign plays a part in how you can live your best life, from which sex position you should try to identifying your dream career goals. Romper partnered with astrologer Maressa Brown to share how every sign can put the current astrological aspects to work and enjoy even more happiness, wellness, and love every week. Here's your weekly parenting horoscope for March 13-19.

As we kick off the week, we're still feeling the effect of Sunday's Virgo full moon. You'll want to prioritize getting to the gym or making another healthy habit or routine more concrete. Thankfully, we'll be less inclined to overthink and analyze as of Monday, thanks to communicator Mercury's move into Aries until March 31. Being succinct and direct about your goals will come more naturally — and lead to a more rewarding upshot than if you're talking around what you actually want to say.

St. Patrick's Day falls on a Friday, which may make it seem like a perfect excuse to party — and/or, you know, dress the kids up in lots of green and shamrock accessories — but the tone of the day will actually be a bit serious, because taskmaster Saturn in Sagittarius squares off with the confident sun in Pisces. Emotional to-dos (like sticking to that meditation app program you swore you'd do!) may need to get done before any reveling can begin.

Then, on Saturday, Mercury and Venus (the planet of love, which is currently in retrograde) pair up in Aries, making it a sweet time to have a tough conversation with an ex or recreate a chemistry-boosting adventure you and your partner once shared.

Read more below to find out what this week's forecast means for your sign.

Aries (March 21–April 19)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

Definitely see what you can do to get a sitter on Saturday when communicator Mercury and romantic Venus pair up in your sign. (It's the first the two times when these planets meet up this year, making it easier to express our emotions.) If you're able to sneak in a date night with your partner or a potential partner, the mood will be right for fiery, passion-generating conversation. Speak from your heart, and sparks will fly.

Taurus (April 20-May 20)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

You may want to research ways you can blow off steam and better cope with stress while Mercury, the planet of information-gathering, is in your twelfth house of spirituality from Monday to March 31. Talking to other moms in that Facebook group may help you get ideas, but you'll also do well to ask your partner or a loved one to pitch in with the kids so you can get even a bit of quiet time to meditate on it. You'll land on a solution sooner than you realize.

Gemini (May 21-June 20)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

You and your partner or a loved one may struggle to see eye-to-eye about how you can best meet a deadline, tackle the day's child care, squeeze in a date night, or all of the above on Friday when the sun forms a negative angle to taskmaster Saturn in your seventh house of partnership. Do what you can to reframe the challenging moment as an opportunity to assert yourself, maybe even in a creative way, and you'll be satisfied with whatever compromise you land on.

Cancer (June 21-July 22)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

It's time to pitch that brilliant idea you've been hiding up your sleeve while communicator Mercury is in your tenth house of career from Monday to March 31. It's possible you've been thinking about it for so long that finally sharing it with others will come so naturally. Trust yourself, and you'll do an awesome job. Though running what you want to say by your toddler and/or partner couldn't hurt, either!

Leo (July 23-August 22)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

You're itching to break free of your regular weekend routine, and you'll have your chance on Saturday when communicator Mercury and romantic Venus pair up in your ninth house of adventure. Groceries and laundry (all the kids' clothes!) are important, sure, but there's no shame in putting 'em on the back burner to follow your heart right now. Taking a ballroom dance class with your partner, running a 5K with the family, or even planning a summer vacation are the kinds of heart-racing activities that could and should be in the cards.

Virgo (August 23-September 22)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

You may be more apt to talk dirty to your partner or that guy or girl you've been flirting with while communicator Mercury is in your eighth house of emotional bonds from Monday to March 31. Usually, you play coy with your sexuality, but you may feel compelled to be more straightforward. Go for it. After all, with all that's on your plate between the baby and work, you deserve a hot, steamy time in the bedroom — or wherever — whenever you get the chance.

Libra (September 23-October 22)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

While communicator Mercury is in your seventh house of partnership from Monday to March 31, you'll have the drive and energy to have more open, direct conversations with your partner or a close friend. Whether you've been thinking about trying a new approach to conceive or a strategy to boost chemistry, expressing your thoughts and emotions in an assertive way now not only gets a productive conversation started, but can lead you to what your heart desires.

Scorpio (October 23-November 21)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

You may be torn between tackling extra work that could bring in some seriously appealing cash and getting the weekend started with your toddler and loved ones on Friday when taskmaster Saturn in your second house of income forms a negative angle to the confident sun in your fifth house of romance. Do what you can, and trust your gut to know when to say when.

Sagittarius (November 22-December 21)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

Whether you've been struggling with a confusing diagnosis from your pediatrician or with practicing AP while working, you may find yourself feeling particularly frustrated on Friday when taskmaster Saturn in your sign forms a negative angle to the confident sun in your fourth house of family life. The solution is to lean on loved ones for support, and talk things through as best you can. Self-care (think treating yourself to a bath or pedi!) is key, as well.

Capricorn (December 22-January 19)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

If you've been wanting to get something off your chest with your partner or another loved one (like your mother-in-law who keeps bringing the baby snacks she won't eat...), you'll get a burst of confidence and razor-sharp focus on how to do it while communicator Mercury is in your fourth house of family life from Monday to March 31. The only drawback is that you may be so zeroed in on your message that you lose sight of the big picture. Strive for directness and diplomacy, and you'll get the best result.

Aquarius (January 20-February 18)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

A disagreement with a colleague may throw a wrench in an ongoing project on Friday when taskmaster Saturn forms a negative angle to the confident sun in your second house of income. Talking it through, and doing your best to see the situation from others' perspectives helps you get past this bump in the road. Later, you may feel drained, but spending time just chatting and snuggling with your kids and/or partner can have a lovely spirit-bolstering effect.

Pisces (February 19-March 20)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

If you've been mulling over turning a personal passion (like your artwork or cooking) into a source of cash, consider waking up a little bit earlier than usual or carving out a couple minutes after putting the baby down to jot some thoughts after Monday. Mercury, the planet of communication, is in your second house of income until March 31, so even an off-the-cuff journal entry or list could turn into a full-on business plan if you run with it.
