Your Weekly Parenting Horoscope For March 20-26

It's true: Your zodiac sign plays a part in how you can live your best life, from which sex position you should try to identifying your dream career goals. Romper partnered with astrologer Maressa Brown to share how every sign can put the current astrological aspects to work and enjoy even more happiness, wellness, and love every week. Here's your weekly horoscope for March 20-26.

Spring has finally arrived (no matter how brisk it feels out there). Today, Monday, March 20 is the Spring Equinox and marks the sun's move from artistic, empathic Pisces into gung-ho, competitive Aries. It's just one of many aspects this week that's linked to exciting, risk-taking, if not potentially conflict-triggering energy.

This is definitely a week to do your best to think before you speak, because with this fiery vibe may come edginess, irritability, and impulsiveness. For instance, on Thursday, Mercury, the planet of communication, in Aries forms a negative angle to transformative Pluto, in Capricorn, and saying something that's less than diplomatic to a higher-up or other authority (like your boss or your baby's pediatrician) could cause headaches. But it may also be an opportunity to assert yourself. The next day — Friday — Mercury opposes big picture Jupiter, and we may be more inclined to over-promise, exaggerate, and jump to conclusions, so make sure to take a step back and consider the facts before diving in on any big, hairy undertakings.

If you have to go back to the drawing board to deal with an emotional issue related to your love life after Saturday, you're not alone. Venus is retrograde in Aries right now, and when it pairs up with the confident sun that day, romantic challenges are emphasized. So, if you're suddenly having to rehash an age-old argument with your partner or you're struggling to get over an ex, know that this too will pass — likely within a week and a half.

Read more below to find out what this week's forecast means for your sign.

Aries (March 21–April 19)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

Once the confident sun is in your sign from Monday until April 19, you'll get a burst of take-charge energy that has you feeling vibrant and alive — a welcome reprieve after the long slog of snow days and winter breaks. You're itching to get out and try new activities as much as you can. Whether you're feeling inclined to sign up for that pricey spinning class or to join your friends for happy hour, go with your gut, and you'll be right on track.

Taurus (April 20-May 20)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

You may feel like trading that meticulously-planned date night for solo time around Saturday when the confident sun and romantic Venus pair up in your twelfth house of spirituality. You may just need a little self-care, so consider asking your partner or another love one to help out with the kids while you take a long bath or maybe even do a quick, one-night hotel stay. You may be surprised just how refreshed and rejuvenated you feel after a brief timeout from the daily grind.

Gemini (May 21-June 20)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

You will most likely find yourself torn between a commitment to friends or colleagues and your partner and/or the kids on Friday when Mercury forms a negative angle to big-picture Jupiter in your fifth house of romance. You totally thought you could swing it, but at the last minute, all hell breaks loose (a sick toddler or a traffic jam). No one will fault you for taking it one step at a time. Ultimately, rolling with the punches and rescheduling may be your best bet.

Cancer (June 21-July 22)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

On Friday, when Mercury, currently in your tenth house of career, forms a negative angle to big-picture Jupiter in your fourth house of family life, a major work project could take longer than you anticipated. Or a minor emergency could pop up on the home front — precisely when you're due to be in a meeting. Juggling it all is never easy, but you may find it especially challenging right now. Communicating as clearly as you can with everyone involved gets you through.

Leo (July 23-August 22)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

Getting out of your comfort zone is absolutely necessary for growth once the confident sun is in your ninth house of adventure from Monday until April 19. Tune into and follow your passions — whether you've been wanting to book a weekend trip with your friends and their kids, start training to take on an ambitious side hustle, or to get involved with local politics — and you're sure to be on track to feeling even more fulfilled.

Virgo (August 23-September 22)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

You may have thought that certain conflicts with your partner or an ex had already been resolved (like not seeing eye-to-eye about co-sleeping), but you may have to tackle it all over again. That's because for about a week and a half beginning on Saturday, the sun's meet-up with romantic but retrograde Venus is affecting your eighth house of sexual intimacy. Because the tendency will be to want to come up with any solution, fast, even if it's not the right one, your meticulous nature comes in handy. Take your time, and you'll get it right this time.

Libra (September 23-October 22)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

On Friday when Mercury forms a negative angle to big-picture Jupiter in your sign, you just want everything to go smoothly, whether that's the first time having that new sitter help out with date night or turning in a big team project at work. Unfortunately, you may have the urge to take on more than you can realistically handle and end up feeling burned out. Lean on your partner or loved ones for extra support right now, and you'll land on your feet.

Scorpio (October 23-November 21)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

Whether you've been wanting to try a new pumping technique or ask your boss for flex time, you'll have a burst of concrete confidence putting wind in your sails while the sun is in your sixth house of routine and wellness from Monday until April 19. Just make sure you're doing gut checks along the way, because when you're pursuing changes that actually feel right to you intuitively, you'll knock it out of the park.

Sagittarius (November 22-December 21)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

Around Saturday, the sun and Venus, the planet of love (which is currently retrograde) pair up in your fifth house of romance, it's likely you'll struggle to see eye-to-eye with your partner or loved ones. The point of contention could revolve around how to spend your precious little free time (one-on-one, with friends and family, or with your baby?) or frustration around struggling to fit fun into your hectic schedule. Tackling these tough conversations with diplomacy and an open heart and mind can lead to possible solutions.

Capricorn (December 22-January 19)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

On Thursday, Mercury, the planet of communication, in your fourth house of family life forms a negative angle to transformative Pluto in your sign, and a fiery disagreement (maybe stemming from stress around work and the kids) could stir up drama in your household. Though you may be tempted to keep the conversation going through the tension, you'll do well to take a step back to cool off and clear your head. Once you re-engage, you'll have a helpful new perspective.

Aquarius (January 20-February 18)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

Chances are you've been mulling over some seriously kick-ass moneymaking ideas over the past month. Well, you'll finally feel ready to pitch them to higher-ups while the confident sun is in your third house of communication from Monday to April 19. Your innovative, creative take is sure to impress, and the more willing you are to take a risk now, the more reward (which may come in the form of even more work-life balance!).

Pisces (February 19-March 20)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

On Friday, when Mercury, currently in your second house of income, forms a negative angle to big-picture Jupiter, you and your partner or a close family member may butt heads over a money issue (like starting a college savings fund or creating a new budget). The truth is that you're both feeling overwhelmed and are handling the stress in different ways. The more empathic you can be with one another as you weigh your options, the more likely you'll get on the same page sooner rather than later.
