Your Weekly Parenting Horoscope For March 6-12

It's true: Your zodiac sign plays a part in how you can live your best life, from which sex position you should try to identifying your dream career goals. Romper partnered with astrologer Maressa Brown to share how every sign can put the current astrological aspects to work and enjoy even more happiness, wellness, and love every week. Here's your weekly parenting horoscope for March 6-12.

It's almost time to turn the clocks forward for Daylight Saving Time, which means we'll lose an hour of sleep (ugh!), but that's not the only potentially stressor going on this week. We're approaching a full moon in Virgo on Sunday, which you'll probably start feeling the effect of as early as Wednesday. We'll all be more focused on improving our overall wellness and organization — but also potentially be more susceptible to overthinking and giving ourselves a hard time for not achieving more. For that reason, making sure to practice self-compassion is key.

On Thursday, Mars, the planet of action, moves from its comfort zone in competitive Aries to earthy Taurus, where it remains until April 21. The good news: This may mean we'll have slightly longer fuses when it comes to losing our tempers. But it's also possible we'll feel like any sort of progress we'd prefer to get done at warp speed is suddenly moving like molasses. Yep, this can feel so annoying.

Read more below to find out what this week's forecast means for your sign.

Aries (March 21 — April 19)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

Making even a slight adjustment to your daily grind (like swapping bath time and homework duty with your partner or squeezing in a quick walk with the dog and baby around lunch) may have you feeling more productive around Sunday, when the full moon is in your sixth house of routine. Just be sure not to be too self-critical if there are some kinks to work out before you get into a flow.

Taurus (April 20 — May 20)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

You could get a burst of confidence that makes you feel more capable of tackling that ongoing challenge (like making a breastfeeding adjustment with your baby or tweaking your birth plan) while go-getter Mars is in your sign from Thursday to April 21. The key will be to make a plan that feels doable and to go at your own pace.

Gemini (May 21-June 20)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

You may be completely zeroed in on smoothing over a conflict between loved ones or getting the ball rolling on a home improvement project (like buying and setting up your toddler's big-kid bed) around Sunday when the full moon is in your fourth house of home and family life. You have a vision in mind of what you want to achieve, and nothing's going to stop you. But if a wrench or two does get thrown into your plan, just take deep breaths. Practicing patience RN keeps you sane.

Cancer (June 21 — July 22)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

You may be feeling particularly whimsical and want to share your dreams with someone close to your heart on Monday when communicator Mercury joins up with the confident sun in your ninth house of adventure. You may worry what you're visualizing isn't exactly practical right now (like that week-long trip with your BFFs might just have to wait 'til your littlest is done breastfeeding...), but letting yourself get carried away and opening up your heart can be therapeutic!

Leo (July 23 — August 22)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

You could very well feel compelled to sit down and go over your finances, portfolio, and budget around Sunday when the full moon is in your second house of income. Taking a long, hard look at all these details — especially while you're just trying to cross off your daily to-dos with the baby, work, etc. — isn't exactly enjoyable, obviously, but you know you'll feel a lot more confident about what's in your bank account once you get that bird's eye view. You've got this, mama.

Virgo (August 23 — September 22)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

If you've been thinking about starting that new clean eating regimen or doing that yoga challenge with a couple other moms in the neighborhood, you'll feel like you've finally run out of excuses around Sunday when the full moon is in your sign. You may be especially hard on yourself (unfortunately, that's kinda like your trademark thing...), wishing you had started sooner, but try not to waste energy on "coulda, shoulda, woulda." Treat yourself with as much loving kindness as you do everyone else, and you'll do just fine.

Libra (September 23 — October 22)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

You may feel like getting it on in a more romantic or sensual way from Thursday to April 21 when go-getter Mars is in your eighth house of sexual intimacy. Take advantage of this energy by experimenting with new ways, times, or places to explore your partner, even if you're currently bed-sharing. Or if you just gave birth, focus on kissing or touching vs. a full-on bang sesh. Whatever you're fantasizing about can be yours, if you carve out the time and space. You deserve it.

Scorpio (October 23 — November 21)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

You may be feeling more playful and flirtatious than usual on Monday when Mercury joins up with the confident sun in your fifth house of romance. Don't hesitate to call the sitter for an impromptu date night — or just get bedtime out of the way and then send that sexy snap. The mood is totally right to connect on a fun-loving level with someone special, and you deserve every minute of pleasure you can drum up.

Sagittarius (November 22 — December 21)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

Whether you've been waiting to hear back about a job or are contemplating switching up your current gig (ideally, in a way that makes for more work-life balance), you may be a ball of nerves around Sunday when the full moon is in your tenth house of career. All you want is for the current situation to play out in a way that echoes your vision, and sooner rather than later! Trying to take stock of what you can actually control — and trusting the universe to guide you down the right path — may very well be your best bet. At least for the time being.

Capricorn (December 22 — January 19)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

If you've been daydreaming about that weekend trip with your partner and the kids or maybe even starting to try for baby number two, you'll get a green light to follow your heart from Thursday to April 21 while action-oriented Mars is in your fifth house of romance. Your instinct is to put work (be it a big project for your boss or researching your eldest's pre-school options) first, but your desires are just as much a priority right now. Take it slow and steady, and you'll feel more fulfilled than ever.

Aquarius (January 20 — February 18)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

Around Sunday, when the full moon is in your eighth house of sexual intimacy, you may find yourself nitpicking the details of a one date night you lined the sitter up for ages ago. But going with the flow may serve you best. After all, who knows if the toddler may need you back home before you're through dinner or if you'll be totally exhausted from being up and down with your teething child the night before! Hey, you can always make up for lost time down the road...

Pisces (February 19 — March 20)

Caroline Wurtzel/Romper

Maybe because of a parenting challenge or an issue with your partner, you may be feeling more raw emotionally than usual on Monday when communicator Mercury and the confident sun pair up in your sign. As a result, you may find you really just have to wear your heart on your sleeve, whether you're around loved ones, casual friends, or colleagues. You do you, and those whose opinions you truly value will respect your needs.
