Carrie Wittmer

Carrie Wittmer is a Brooklyn-based freelance writer, critic, and comedy writer. She’s been published in Vulture, Harper’s Bazaar, The New Yorker, The New York Times, and Refinery 29. Before freelancing, Carrie was an entertainment reporter at Business Insider, where she focused on television (and the MCU). Her first book, 'New Erotica for Feminists: Satirical Fantasies of Love, Lust, and Equal Pay,' was published by Plume Books, an imprint of Penguin Random House in the U.S., and by Sceptre in the UK, in November 2018. When Carrie isn’t watching movies or TV she is — actually, never mind, that is all she does.
