Jenna Autuori Dedic is a freelance editor who has previously worked for Fitness and Shape magazines. Her work has appeared in Redbook, Dr. Oz, Family Circle, Self, Glamour, Refinery29, WomensHealth.com, Shape.com, and Vogue.com. She lives in Westchester County with her husband and young daughter in a 100-year-old Tudor house that will forever be their fixer-upper project. She enjoys Soul Cycle classes, barre and reading two books at a time.
