Will Zach & Tori Roloff’s Baby Be In 'LPBW'?

by Annamarya Scaccia

Two weeks ago, Zack and Tori Roloff of the hit TLC show Little People, Big World welcomed their son, Jackson Kyle Roloff, into the world. He's the first child for the young couple, who are loved by fans around the world. But the birth news has left people wondering: Will Zach and Tori Roloff’s baby be in Little People, Big World? Fans will have to wait and see.

Like most reality television shows, Little People, Big World is pre-filmed, so season 17 of the hit TLC show will follow the couple as Tori goes through pregnancy up until the birth of their son. The network's press release for LPBW's new season, shared via the Futon Critic, doesn't mention if the birth of Jackson Kyle Roloff will be shown in a future episode.

Fans of Little People, Big World know that Zach and Tori Roloff are relatively private people. Although Tori has documented her pregnancy on Instagram, the couple is not very active on social media. So it's hard to gauge if Little Jackson will appear on the show, whether often or at all. That means, if LPBW gets renewed, fans may have to wait until Season 18 to see more of the newest addition to the Roloff family.

Tori Roloff gave birth to Jackson on May 12, the Friday before Mother's Day, and two days after Zach's 27th birthday, according to Huffington Post. The young couple, who married in July 2015, posted the same photo of their new family to their respective Instagram accounts; in the shot, Tori is sitting in her hospital bed holding a sleeping Jackson, while Zach stands next to them. Both of them expressed love for their new son in the captions.

Following the birth news, Zach told People,

Baby and mother are doing great. Jackson has already mastered holding daddy's fingers and snuggling with mom! He is adorable and Tori and I are loving being parents.

But in the middle of this exciting time, the couple had to relive tragedy. On Tuesday's episode of Little People, Big World, Zach and a then-pregnant Tori revealed that their dog, Sully, had liver cancer. According to the Daily Mail, Sully, a three-year-old St. Bernard, later died on the family farm next to other family dogs who've passed on.

The loss hit the couple hard. During the episode, Zach said of Sully's death,

We were supposed to make a family together. Sully was supposed to take care of the baby and be his friend. Just tons of dreams and visions were crushed.

My condolences and well wishes go out to the Roloffs.
