April Daniels Hussar

As Romper’s managing editor, April’s focus is on the day-to-day content that answers the questions keeping parents up at night, as well as big-picture initiatives like partnerships, special issues, and ambitious content packages exploring everything from PTSD in parents, to secondary infertility and navigating the world of “picky eaters.” As part of her role, April also makes media and panel appearances as an expert in the parenting space, from Kids at Play Interactive (KAPi) panel moderator at CES, to a new product judge for the Juvenile Products Manufacturing Association (JPMA). Prior to joining Bustle Digital Group, April was Senior Editor of Parenting at CafeMom. She’s contributed to a host of publications including SELF, Women's Health, Today.com, In Touch, Life & Style, New Jersey Family, and more. Always a California girl at heart, April now makes her home in the wilds of suburban Jersey, where she and her husband are doing the important work of introducing their teen daughter to "old" movies like 'My Cousin Vinnie' and 'Heathers.'
